ok, so, I haven't been on here from my pc for a while. but I'm constantly recording my food on my phone (oh thank you, my iPhone).
not sure why but last couple of days I was feeling totally off. maybe it is because I'm still sick (stuffy nose and little bit of temperature) or maybe I had mood swings because of my period. either way, today I felt way much better and I didn't even had to try hard to find a motivation to workout.
usually I don't need any motivation because I love working out, come on, I want to make career out of it. but these past couple of days were, let's say, not good. so, today's workout was very good. managed to have pretty intense cardio/boxing workout for 45 min. I have found myself pretty happy when it comes to boxing. not sure why (is it because of stress or I have just found "my" workout style) but it keeps me motivated, it gives me extra energy and belief in myself that I can do this!
anyways, eating has been good too. actually, it's very funny that I found this post on forum about "most eaten foods" and I was pleasantly surprised that this is how my top 10 list looks like:
Bananas
Grapefruit (Pink and Red)
Quick Oats
Light Vanilla Soy Milk
Tomatoes
Baby Carrots
Oranges
Cucumber (Peeled)
Pears
100% Whole Grain Bread

not bad, huh?!
anyways, I guess my motivation is back because my vacation is in 11 days and I'm so close hitting 140's. all together gives me extra motivation, extra boost and gives me hope!

oh, also...
forgot to mention that yesterday I found this interesting app for my phone that helps you keep track on how much water you drink. so, after every 16 oz. glass I finish, I grab my phone and record it.
My goal has been set on 128 oz per day. so far, in these first 2 days, I have managed to drink at least 156 oz. what's actually unbelievably much (lol, no wonder, I go to the restroom every 20 min).
so, let's see, maybe that will help me keeping away from cravings ;)

Ok, so today was pretty easy day. I mean, keeping away from bad food choices, simply because I'm sick. So, almost whole day I spent sleeping. Unfortunately, I didn't do any workout because of a fever of 100.4 F. Took some medicine, so hopefully tomorrow I'll be back on track and I'll continue my workouts.
It is so interesting, how addicted to working out I actually am. More than year ago, I thought that working out is for some super-fit people and I don't even want to bother finding out more about it. But now, if I haven't worked out, I'm feeling bad, I'm in a bad mood and easy to lose temper on people around me. I wonder, is that's even normal?
Anyways, hope to feel better tomorrow. Hate being sick and sleeping all day, even though, I know that my body needed this rest-day. Probably even more than I thought I did.
Let's see what tomorrow will bring me!
