Ok, so today was pretty easy day. I mean, keeping away from bad food choices, simply because I'm sick. So, almost whole day I spent sleeping. Unfortunately, I didn't do any workout because of a fever of 100.4 F. Took some medicine, so hopefully tomorrow I'll be back on track and I'll continue my workouts.
It is so interesting, how addicted to working out I actually am. More than year ago, I thought that working out is for some super-fit people and I don't even want to bother finding out more about it. But now, if I haven't worked out, I'm feeling bad, I'm in a bad mood and easy to lose temper on people around me. I wonder, is that's even normal?
Anyways, hope to feel better tomorrow. Hate being sick and sleeping all day, even though, I know that my body needed this rest-day. Probably even more than I thought I did.
Let's see what tomorrow will bring me!
