I am on Plexus Slim and Accelerator+ combo and it has really helped me keep my blood sugars lower than ever before and lose weight. I lost 18 lbs in 7 weeks until just 3 weeks ago my husband nearly died (but is doing miraculously better)and my diet was the last thing on my mind.
It is time to get back to my routine and eating better and keeping track of my blood sugars. I love my carbs but really need to watch how much I have, I am still fairly new at being diabetic and could use any helpful info.
