Alright, well it's the end of day 1 of doing Induction the right way (atleast I think), I don't feel bad or hungry. I will not weigh myself until Friday, and hopefully by then I will be at Ketosis(sp?). I'm going to go get the little sticks you pee on this week so I can check. I really hope this starts working soon and think I did pretty good, I had 20.59g carbs, a little over but I am sure that little wont hurt. I am heading to bed early, not really tired but all I can seem to think about is eating! So to make sure I don't indulge in anything I don't need, since I have stuff I can't have due to kids snacks, I will go to bed early until I learn how to control myself from cravings and boredem! Here's to hoping that tomorrow isn't bad!

Well, these past 2 days have sucked! I didn't follow the induction rules at all and you can really tell by the weight I have gained in such little time. I know it is all my fault, over the weekend I didn't eat much at all bc of being very busy, and out n about out of town for work and the past 2 days are how I paid for it. I've always had problems with my blood sugar and not eating messed it up big time, so the past 2 days I had to eat more carbs to avoid feeling dizzy. By last night I started feeling "normal" again and so today it is my goal to make sure I start following the induction rules better. At lunch I will go pick up some Atkins bars, I found that they really help curb the sugar craving and that may really help me out. Anyway, I will keep updating my food chart to make sure I am doing this thing right, I have got to!!
