Maintaining Weight Loss
Thanks so much Suzi! I know I can't go back to my old lifestyle but I don't want to keep losing weight. I mean a few more pounds wouldn't hurt but I want to be healthy! That is my number 1 goal. Hopefully your advice and this website will help me to do that. Thanks again! Very Happy

Maintaining Weight Loss
I recently reached my goal (yay!) and I have no clue how to maintain my weight. I was following the weight watchers program (flex) but never attended a meeting or anything (my mom had all the materials from before). I am just wondering if anyone knows what exactly they advise you do to maintain your weight. I'd really appreciate any advice! Thanks! Very Happy

Smoothie
I would guess that's it is 4 points. One banana is 2 points and one cup of skim milk is 2 points.
