Did legs and back this morning..it's been awhile. Now my armpit area is hurting already. Believe me, that's a good thing!
I'm wondering if I should go back to egg whites to cut back on fat. I'm having trouble staying on the Atkins and eating enough calories as it is. So, fat really doesn't matter?

Back to Atkins, cleaning out the barn, working in the garden. I started my period on Monday: 2 weeks early. That explains how I could eat two pieces of wedding cake, one right after the other, and all my daughter's icing, without even flinching. PMS is real, folks.
