I am now trying to go up in weight... got down to the fat level I wanted, now want to bulk up on muscle.
Dropped the LS7, taking Whey Protein, White Flood and Purple Wraath as workout supplements.

The holiday's were TOUGH! My wife was off from work (school teacher) and I moved my workouts from mornings at 5am to night. I was able to work out longer and harder to counteract the extra food, deserts, candy, etc that I ate over the holidays. Luckily it seems to have paid off and I am down to a 33-32 waist now in most pants. Still managed to lose 5 lbs since dec 11th with the holidays.
hopefully I can manage to kick these last little pounds off... seems that the last remaining areas are my stomach and love handles. Course after dropping close to 50lbs total, it seems that some skin area's are a little saggy. Hopefully that'll firm up over time.

Changed out the EGCG for Lean System 7, 2 pills 2 times a day (morning and lunch) and 1 pill at night.

New member that joined after seeing this site featured on MSNBC. I have been following my own personal diet of two supplements and workouts for the past 2 months. For the 10 months prior to that had a diet of removing Calories (dropped from 4-5 mountain dews a day to 1) and started taking the two supplements. This all started after I weighed in at the doctors office back in July of 06 at 202 lbs. I am now down to 166 lbs.
I'll publish my diet here shortly once I get more details of it listed if anyone cares to take a look...
