Back after a long long time.
Post last entry, was off diet, ate lots and lots of high cal food.
Just about touched 140 kilos - got a panic attack, coming down since then.
For some reason, haven't put on any in the last three weeks despite eating high cal food but I think my waist's seen some increase.
Nevertheless, am on this Dubai Municipality's Lose weight, win Gold contest whereby for every kilo lost they give one gram of gold for FREEEE, subject to a minimum weight loss of 2 kilos.
Plan is a weight loss of about 10 kilos in a month's time - don't see that as being difficult.
