is there any tip to enjoy jogging?
I too hated running and I still don't love it but the fact that I can and did run a 5K was a great motivator. I used the C25K app and was so focused on being able to run the whole 3 miles that I kept at it. I was never a runner but I put my mind to it and did it! It helped to have my sister-in-law cheering me on and pushing me to do the 5K with her. I also turned some people at work on to C25K so now we talk about running and when I hear how far or how many times they've run in a week, I feel like I have to match them - another great motivator. Running isn't my only form of exercise but I'm glad I have it because when the weather is nice and I want to go outside and clear my mind, it's a great way to spend 30 min.
