A good Saturday for me,did cardio,weights and reasonable amount of calories.Need to avoid junk which i am doing ,although an occasional sweet tooth is there.Need to further portion out my meals.

Doing a weigh In after quite a while.From Mid-Feb has been bit lazy with the control of food calories ,but still trying to not got beyond 1750 calories per occasionally
being eating bit of sweets but need to start working out at least twice a week

Went ouf of the 1500 calorie limit on friday night ,must have been close to 2500 cal with no exercise done ,thought I will give one day to SPLURGE !!! today had two ice-cream bars,but had a good 1 hour exercise .hope to start the new month with an ideal day.Next 5 pounds would be tough to loose
