I'm just in upkeep mode now. Still eating well in real jeans and a simply marvelous black bodysuit. And already bought my first real belt. Oh, my jeans are up to my hips only! Hourglass shape. So happy.,

Anyway, I am just checking in. Hubby was in a horrible accident and broke 4 ribs Thanksgiving morning.

My weight is up but so is my amount of muscle. My body fat is only 20. The doctor is very happy and so am I. new clothes new jeans and a new me.
I'm so happy. Don't believe it when you hear the ads that you cannot lose weight at my age.

The upkeep is o.k., Doing good. Hurt my knee and rib so the knee is better rib still hurts so not going to do any of my exercises yet just need it to heel.
