The upkeep is o.k., Doing good. Hurt my knee and rib so the knee is better rib still hurts so not going to do any of my exercises yet just need it to heel.

Going up and down, not sure why.Possibly water cause I've been putting extra fluids in my body with this heat cause of outdoor work. I go between 128. and 131.

My husband gets to come home from physical therapy today. It's been going on for 5 months, I'm so excited. He has his pacemaker now thanks to a wonderful doctor. I've managed to keep my weight pretty even, so much to do. LoL.
