I am the largest that I have been despite the time that I had children. However, I am in such a better place....self acceptance. I am ready to be healthy not just a certain weight. I have made poor choices in foods but believe that I can make a change for the better. I congratulate those who have made it closer to their goals and wish those just starting...good luck!
I went to the gym today and burned 400 calories...I am ready...let's do it...getting a jump start on the new year.

Well, I am back at it again. I am heavier than I have ever been besides after giving birth. I am not going to be so hard on myself. It is difficult be a working mother. I am trying my best. Trying to find time to workout is so difficult. Then, I am not motivated. And you know what else...food tastes so good. I don't know if I can deprive myself of things I like. We will see. I am trying today. One foot in front of the other....here we go.

Okay, I am back. Boy oh boy, I just can't get it together. I had lost 5 pounds during lent by giving up fried foods. I just don't know. I am the largest that I have ever been besides right after preganancy. My son is 9 months and I am still struggling. Will I lose the weight...I just don't know. I had stop being so hard on myself, but I am just not back to my weight. My goal is really 130, but just don't know. I will try to do it this week....we will see.

I am doing well. I am not depreiving myself. I eat bread on Sundays. I ran three miles yesterday and felt really good. I am getting ready for Saturday's race. I am excited. I am getting there. I did not eat out this week, but once. My husband and I went to a concert, so we ate dinner out. My cravings are more controlled and I just feel better. All glory to God.
