Well, I am back at it again. I am heavier than I have ever been besides after giving birth. I am not going to be so hard on myself. It is difficult be a working mother. I am trying my best. Trying to find time to workout is so difficult. Then, I am not motivated. And you know what else...food tastes so good. I don't know if I can deprive myself of things I like. We will see. I am trying today. One foot in front of the other....here we go.
