Just got back from camping long weekend. Didn't watch ANYTHING I ate. I'd like to keep saying. "Here's to a new month and new encouragement to lose weight!" but then I never follow through.
So, all I can do is try my best and eat well and work out when I can... hopefully that will have more success...

Oh wagon!! How quickly I fall off of you!!
Things have been crazy lately... It's weird, you'd think because of all the action I'd be just droppingthe weight like crazy!! But essentially it's a lot of sitting around sewing stuff. I just got back from Montreal, which included a lot of DELICIOUS food.... Groan.... hopefully soon I can get back on track...

So here goes a restart once again!! Man, I've been so busy with french classes on tues/thurs that I get home so late AND I am crafting some magazine bags that take me forever to make!!! Trying to find the right balance of eating and exercising has been a crapshoot, but here's hoping I can get back on track now...

The walking home from work thing is still going well. I need to actually wear my runners though. I thought because I wasn't actually 'running' that it wouldn't be high impact and I'd be ok with just cushy shoes. Not so. Tomorrow I bring my sneakers... :)
