Managed another 40 minute session in gym today. I go straight from work and the gym belongs to my daughters school so I time it so I am done by the time she gets out of school. I still only use the cardio machines, but next week I will ask for help to use the weights. I don't like working out, but it needs to be done!

Squeezed in 30 mins in the gym again today. Just treadmill, bike and elipitical machines. Been adding my food on here and realised that my idea of healthy eating still contains way too much fat.Real eye opener!

Managed to squeeze in another 30 mins at the gym in between finishing work and picking my daughter up from school. yay me!

The GP gym referral has expired so I've paid for regular membership..going for my induction session today. I have only 1 item of clothing from my slim days and I am aiming to get into it by next summer.I have lost some weight over the last few months but could have done better if I stuck to my exercise plan. I think I have the eating side sorted just need to motivate myself for exercise. I don't have to enkoy it, I just need to get on with it!
