If I do Yo-Yo in the near future and were looking back for successful weight loss tips I enter these:
to get back on track start by right thinking (reason with yourself about how your excess weight affects you)try re-reading information that may have helped you previously.know the truth and it will set you in the right direction.
Go vegan -avoid saturated fat which is mostly found in meat, poultry and fish, also avoid animal by-products These foods can be identified very easily, they always contain cholesterol and even though we can eat cholesterol without any harm, eating saturated fat will produce harmful cholesterol in our system.
Increase your fiber ,most of us don't get enough, I doubled my fiber intake, this will let you eat more food, keep up good nutrition, keep you satisfied longer, remove junk food cravings and keep your digestive system satisfied and healthy.Minimise the mono and poly fats found in oils and nuts while you're in diet mode, these foods are high in calories and will slow your weight loss progress.
Beware of the "defenders of the fat",they'll tell you "you need fat in your diet"the truth is we need very little fat and what we don,t use will be stored up.If your weight loss seems to be at a stand still check your fat intake.
Exercise is important,I walk 4 to 5 miles a day I think this improves my metabolism and keeps me burning but keep in mind that diet is always of primary importance and don,t use exercise as a tool to help you eat more.
Realize I'am only human and will occasionally stumble an fall off the wagon, but prepare yourself,be strong, do the right thing and get yourself back on track quickly.Don't let one trip kripple your diet success.
Well I gotta run, but feel free to comment if you would like.
