have had a really bad couple of days of october. NEED to cut back. i think im going to limit my calorie intake to about 500 calories so that my stomach size reduces - after all, i'm barely active at all :/

Had a good start to the day. ran a bit. not much - just around 3kms.
drank orange juice, and oatmeal for breakfast. with an apple.
For lunch - had a fried egg with lettuce.

Woke up this morning. Didn't work out.
Ate just an apple and drank half a cup of black coffee.
walked around quite a bit.
ate a cranberry walnut salad. yes, with a rasberry vinaigrette.
and half a bottle of gatorade. about 500ml.
