Well, I lost .5 of a lb, but... today was awful, I'M STRUGGLING :( I didn't follow a diet at all. I Went through my closet today and found a dress that I bought "hoping" one day I could fit into it. Well I put it on today (size 14), and it wasn't half bad. My goal is to lose enough before my friends wedding to look SUPER HOT in it. So tomorrow is another day to focus. I found an exercise book that I'm going to try. It is suppose to help you firm up in 3 weeks. So if I focus hard on my diet, and this new exercise program I hope I can get out of this little slump I'm in. I have a really bad habit of working hard for a goal, and after it has passed I have a very hard time keeping my focus. This time is different I have another Goal for this wedding Aug 29th, and I would really like to meet my goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish me luck...!!!!

I'm doing great during the day. My biggest problem lately is I get home from work at 11:30pm, and I have the munchies, which usually leads to more calories than I need late at night. So today the big focus is: NOT GIVING INTO THE MUNCHIES AFTER WORK!!!!

My big focus this week will to be to get to: 199lbs! I'm ready to be below 200lbs. My goal for this week is to stick to a diet plan, and to exercise 2-3x's.

So... :( it was my husbands birthday on Wednesday, and a friend came into town yesterday, so I didn't watch what I was eating. It was delicious that is sure, but it's definitely showing on the scale. That's not going to stop me ;), from getting back on track... so my mini goal of 8.5 lbs is going to be my focus.
