Hi!!! I am 28 years old, and live in Arizona. I have been married for 3 years to a wonderful man who is a Fireman. So of course he is in better shape than I am :) I have slowing been gaining weight over the last 9 years since High School. I balloon then lose some, and back up again. The last two years I went up and up, and can’t seem to lose anything. I found out that I have a Thyroid problem that is keeping me from losing weight, and also the one thing I want in my life, to have children. My Husband is currently going through an intense training for the next 14 weeks, for a new department. I want to support him by working out, controlling what I eat, and shedding a few pounds.
The only way I can do this is to take charge and just do it! I am ready to hit this head on, and fight back!! I think by having support of others, and track what I am doing will help me to focus and keep going. I told myself that I will be healthy, and don’t forget good looking at least once in my life. My goal is to focus hard on healthy eating, portion control, and let’s not forget the dreaded EXERCISE! I can’t wait to start seeing results!!!
