Hello all, Hope everyone is feeling good and enjoying there diet and sticking to it. TODAY IS MY 36th BDAY and i feel great thank all you for support ia m so thankful for my family who support me and have helped me maintain my new lifestyle I can’t tell you how much you guys support means to me. I just wanted to stop in and say Hello and give all you my a couple words of encouragement...

I used to think that my weight wasn’t an issue and that I was just being a normal adult and I used to make excuses for why I didn’t eat right or exercise IE... That guy doesn’t look in shape and he seems happy or My wife doesn’t care what I look like she will always love me, no matter what. Now that I am eating healthier and exercising (not a lot but enough) I can feel a huge difference in my Happiness level ( yes I made that up but it sounds good ) I am more active with my sons, I am more open to conversation and engaging my wife to do more thing around the house. I don’t know how to explain it but Losing weight is honestly helping me become a better person I am no longer saying to myself, ”no that will take too long or I don’t want to get tired doing that”, Now I’m like, “LET DO THIS”. I love the energy I have now and I hope others will find there Happiness Level and see if they can raise it and get back to dong the one thing our weight was holding us back from the most ....LIVING!

hello all its been a great month I have stuck to my diet to let you guys know and I feel great I believe I've lost 3 pant sizes I was wearing a 38 40 and now I am at 34 36 which is awesome gonna be my birthday at the end of the month turning 36 and for the first time in my life I feel healthier than ever I wish you guys luck thanks for all the support I've been really busy trying to work out and just take it one day at a time and stick to the program it's not easy but you know nothing in life is easy if you really want it bad enough so good luck to everybody out there I'm going to keep it up been eating great I feel great I haven't had any beer I still have wine and vodka every now and again but my diet says I can anyway take care have a good one and I'll touch base at the end of the month when I weigh in again and we'll see how were doing then c ya
P.S. Miami is the fav ... But Puerto Rico is just a hop skip and jump away :)
