Day 3
I've just been on the Wii and carried out 30 mins of exercise. Feel great for it, if a little sweaty!
I have had a small bowl of fruit and fibre this morning with some semi-skimmed milk and plan to have small meal portions throughout the day.
I made the mistake of weighing myself today and discovered I had put on 2lbs - I will weigh myself once a week from now on!
Anyway, I must go - my Son has discovered the Wii controller and he's chewing it!
