I don't have a scale at home so I feel free. I don't know how much I weigh but I'm working out 5 days a week and 3 of them with Body Pump. I'm eating an anti-inflammatory diet and it's working. Feeling good, and not behaving in an either or manner.

No sugars, no gluten, no dairy, anti-inflammatory diet
This also means no coffee--green tea only, no alcohol either.
Let's go! 3 weeks and then check in with naturopath
