i gained .2lbs
I am blaming this on the fact that i was forced to drink wine last night...i really didnt want to, but i did
Today hopefully i will be much better when it comes to eating, however i wont be able to go to the gym today..
I also wont be weighing in tomorrow...so i will check in in a few days!!

So... i was not very successful on not eating carbs yesterday, or even today already...
I have a weird complex that if i see desserts, i have to take them before they are all gone... i know at any time i can walk to a bakery or the store and get something, but something comes over me that i have to eat as much as i can before they are gone. That's what happened yesterday when i walked into my office and saw a platter of cookies sitting in the kitchen. I ate 2 in a matter of minutes and then ate 2 more in the afternoon...It happened again this morning when i went up and saw toffee on the counter...I need to somehow get over this obsession with having to eat as much as i can before anyone else.
I really am working on it, but i dont know what comes over me!

So I weighed myself this morning when I woke up and im down 2lbs! hopefully this is for real and tomorrow morning i will weigh in even less!!
