I can tell i am walking better, like without being out of breath. I really wish the protein drinks and bars didn't taste so sweet. I don't want to get addicted to sweet taste then can't live without it. I really wish i could find either items that were "lightly" sweetened only. That would be so much better.

I am really trying to not get temped but my family is not helping. They are not on a diet so each day I come home I am exposed to fast foods, fried foods, snacks, etc.... Everything I see I want to eat. My mouth waters when I think about it. I need strength and support.
