this drop may be because my period just started, so it could be a loss of water retention. i'm not complaining either way :) i haven't stopped overeating, unfortunately. but i am hoping that tomorrow (being monday and the last day of the month) will help me find the motivation i need to stick to my plan.

got such a fright yesterday. as i was binge eating, i found out that my best friend's 30th party is being moved forward. i want to wear a crop top to the party, but now i only have 2 weeks to get down to 45kg! the deadline pressure seems to be just what i need, though. been sticking to my diet pretty religiously.

i'd like to think this is still water retention, but i'm beginning to think that i'm actually gaining weight :( diet starts on friday because tomorrow is thomas maxwell's . seems i am still binge eating, anyway, so i might as well just diet strictly until i get to 45kg and then take it from there...
