Good morning to all my buddies and those that just observe. This is a day for rejoicing, because this is the day that the Lord has made!
But if we confess our sins, he will forgive our sins, because we can trust God to do what is right. He will cleanse us from all the wrongs we have done.
1 John 1:9
Some people go through life with a keen understanding that God created the world and is the master of all creation, but they fail to also understand that God cares for us and is involved in our lives. Other people have it the other way around. They believe that God is loving and caring, but they wonder if God can really bring about the miracles that they are looking for. Whether on a conscious or subconscious level, we don’t always fully appreciate who God is and what He is capable of doing in our lives.

Good Sunday Morning my fellow FS travelers. Lightening and Thunder with heavy rains here this morning. It is another glorious day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it. Another day that I am given as a gift from my Father in Heaven. More time to serve my brothers and sisters and more time with my beloved.
Jesus came to set you free from every form of physical, mental, or emotional bondage so that you can experience the enjoyable, rewarding, and satisfying life that has been prepared for you. It is not God’s will that you put up with anything that robs you of this full and blessed life. He is a good God, and He wants you to enjoy your life!
“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.”
(Isaiah 40:29, NIV)
Have you ever asked God to do something for you? You need Him to move in your life, so you ask and beg for Him to solve the problem. Then you wonder why it's taking so long to get an answer. Pray and ask Him about it. He'll speak to your heart, and show you some of the things that you need to stop doing or give up. And as you squirm in your seat trying to push the very idea of giving them up from your mind, He lets you know that those little habits, attitudes, and actions are hindering your prayers. If you want your prayers answered, you're going to have to start doing things God's way. It's your choice.

And they said to one another, “Come, let us cast lots, that we may know for whose cause this trouble has come upon us.” So they cast lots, and the lot fell on Jonah. - (Jonah 1:7)
One man or woman outside the will of God can be a menace to themselves and to everyone else. A case in point: Jonah.
The Lord had told Jonah to go and preach to Nineveh, and Jonah said no. Then he boarded a boat going in the opposite direction. A storm came, and the boat was shaking and tossing back and forth in the sea. Everyone was affected because of Jonah, and they figured out that he was the problem. He told the men, “Pick me up and throw me into the sea; then the sea will become calm for you. For I know that this great tempest is because of me” (Jonah 1:12). So off Jonah went, and the storm stopped.
One man, in his disobedience, affected all those other people. Think of the husband who is not being the man God has called him to be. He is not being the spiritual leader of the family. In so many Christian homes, the wife is the spiritual leader, and the husband kind of goes along for the ride. How wonderful it is when a husband recognizes that he is to lead spiritually.
I read about a study in which researchers found that if both parents attend church regularly, 33 percent of their children will become regular churchgoers, while 41 percent will be irregular churchgoers. And interestingly, even if a father attends church regularly and a mother does not, 38 percent of their children will become regular churchgoers.
Think of the impact parents have on their children. They are passing that legacy on. When parents say, “We are going to church” or “We are going to go to a midweek study,” what a great example it is for their kids.
Think of the spiritual impact you are having on others.
