Ok...so I'm down a little this morning. My bf explained the "proper workings" of the scale which somehow I didn't know haha. I didn't let it calibrate yesterday, so maybe that explains the large gain. Of course, my splurge of pizza last night makes sense for the 135 too. I'm going to spin in a few minutes, which I'm really looking forward to. Then it's going to be a fun weekend of pedicures, outlet shopping, and relaxing...yay!

I have no idea how I have gained 4 pounds since Saturday! I'm in shock really. I have been eating well and working out consistently. I don't know if it's muscle gain from spinning/weight lifting? But it still seems a bit much. Ugh, maybe I'm just stressing out too much. I'm going to follow the Eat Clean diet principles more, and incorporate protein/complex carb at each meal, and try some more variety. But it is still never fun to see such a large increase.

I don't know if it's the dreary, rainy day, but I'm in such a dismal mood. I bought the latest copy of Tosca Renon's Eat Clean books, the Stripped edition. It's all about tips and meal plans to help you shed those last ten pounds. Everything makes perfect sense, and the meal plan is super strict. Of course, me being the perfectionist I am, I want to run out and buy all the ingredients and stick to it for 28 days. Then I think, do I need to lose 10 lbs? Do I want to be stuck eating plain chicken breast and egg whites? Ugh. Even though she has a lot of recipes and variety, adding up the calories, it seems to be even under 1,200 some days. Hmm. All I know is that I need to gain some balance in my life and stop sweating the small stuff. If I don't love who I am at 133, I'm not going to love myself at another number or another pant size. Boo to stupid thoughts in my head!
At least I got in a good, sweaty weight circuit this morning.

So I since I have a few things going on in the next couple weeks and a couple trips planned, I thought I'd map out my workouts for the next 2 weeks:
Week of March 6th:
Sun 3/6 - Weight circuit
Mon 3/7 - Off
Tues 3/8 - Weight circuit
Wed 3/9 - Spinning class
Thurs 3/10 - Weight circuit
Fri 3/11 - 40 mins cardio
Sat 3/12 - Spinning class
Week of March 13th:
Sun 3/13 - Weight circuit
Mon 3/14 - Spinning class
Tues 3/15 - Off
Wed - 3/16 - Weight circuit
Thurs - 3/17 - 40 min cardio
Fri - 3/18 - Weight circuit
Sat - 3/19 - Spinning class
Week of March 20th:
Sun 3/20 - Weight circuit
Mon 3/21 - Spinning class
Tues 3/22 - Off
Wed 3/23 - 40 min cardio (hotel)
Thurs 3/24 - Weight circuit
Fri 3/25 - 40 min cardio
Sat 3/26 - Off (out of town)
I think that should do it! May tweak it a bit, but that's the gameplan.

Went to a spin class this morning at 6am, since I had to get into work earlier. The instructor for the early classes is much different than the women. He leads with lots of jumps, sprints, and position 3 drills. I like it though, b/c though the resistance is not as high, I still keep my heart rate up for the full 45 mins.
Excited to make honey mustard chicken tonight. It's so nice to get my workout in early so that I can relax in the evenings!
