Trying to get used to this interface.
I Reaallllly want ribs. No ribs tonight, but I did make a ripping good low carb bbq sauce:
2 tbsp Heinz red. sugar ketchup
about 1/8 tsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp soy sauce
dash of garlic powder
dash of cayenne
3 drops of liquid stevia.
Painted it onto chicken thighs I was pan frying in coconut oil. SO good with some LC cole slaw.
I'm feeling relatively in control today. I made some LC marshmallows which the girl loves.
So is it a good idea to make LC versions of my favorite foods, or should I be trying to train myself to like and eat different foods?

Ok I signed up for this over a week ago, but I've been using dailyplate.com. What's convinced me to come back? Two things.
1) It seems everyone in my online support group is using it.
2) Your Blackberry app is free! Yes, I am cheap enough to change sites to save $2.99. It does suck I'm going to lose all the history there is on dailyplate.com - I might import my weight history even though obviously doing my food history is unlikely.
So here we go!
I started Atkins on February 2, 2011. I'm severely overweight, severely hypoglycemic, and right now thanks to lack of job and health insurance, an un-medicated bipolar person. Just a warning ^_^
