01 July 2017
So I started a new weight training program with just one rest day. Has me cycling from high reps and medium reps every 3 days. 3 body parts per day. Also no rest periods in between sets as this program is set up similar to a HIIT workout. I have a 1 min between sets but I have to do some kind of exercise. 2 ND day on program let's see how this goes. Increased my intakes but will try to minimize the carbs as I keep going over my goals but staying with in program goals of 20%.
Let's see a how this goes trying to get stronger before my surgery as I know after surgery I will not be able to be as active as I'm now. I'll be limited first 2 weeks then depending on my recovery progress doc will allow me to exercise more.
Have a great 4TH of July stay safe everyone enjoy family, friends, and life.
