Feeling a little low today... went off my diet pretty badly over the weekend and so I was back to strict counting today. Maybe the low could be from the high of eating all those tasty foods/wine the past 2 days.
The kids were extremely cranky and a little hard to handle as well. Made me want to run to the fridge when they were finally napping for the 20 minutes they were both asleep.
I'm getting tired of worrying about what I am going to eat. I'm getting tired of wanting food and knowing I can't have it. Makes me wish I could turn that off in my brain. Why do I have such anxiety when it comes to food? Eating should be enjoyable and satisfying. Maybe one day it will be like that for me.

Hosted a wine night for the neighborhood last night and I over-indulged. Still feeling hungover 8pm the next day... I must be getting old.

Stepped on the scale this morning (even though I know I shouldn't weigh myself every day) and it was almost 2 pounds less than my weigh-in yesterday. Not going to record it, just wait until next week to get an accurate overall weigh-in. So motivated to keep it up and see those results next week!!
