My first weigh in will be tomorrow Nov 7. I have actually been doing really good and it's amazing how I see portions now.

My body is sore from the different type of training I did yesterday. WORTH IT!!

Oct 25
Tomorrow Wed 26, I get back into the active world in which I've known. No more sweet binges at night, fried foods, drive throughs only when necessary and healthy choices. Not only will I perform my classes at 100% but I will take other instructors classes and get back into the running and extra cardio routine. Oh yea, time to get out on the road bike!
