I'm in my early 40's and have two 2 year old toddlers, so I'm always moving around at home. In order to keep up with them, I eat whatever, whenever but try to include veggies, fruits and nuts. Am drinking teas and Gatorade to avoid soda all the time which is my downpoint. I don't gain weight easily, so I don't care about loosing weight. I care about eating healthy, esp since my good cholesterol is lower than normal. To help that I workout once a week doing a half hour of cardio at the gym. It helps to increase the good cholesterol my doc says.
