I've had an awful day so far and it's only 3pm. Started out w/my cup of vanilla chai tea, 1 egg, scrambled w/ 1-2oz. of cheese in butter. Felt a bit hungry around 11a.m. so had an Atkins Advantage Bar (then I blew it and ate the last 3 girlscout cookies left in the cupboard) For lunch I had an apple, about 12-15 grapes, vanilla greek yogurt and a sm. handful of mixed nuts. I've not actually figured it yet, but I know I'm already over for the day and oddly enough, I still feel a bit hungry today. Don't have many hungry days like this, but I certainly lost my willpower today.
