I've been slowly gaining weight back since Jan. 2010 after having broken my arm & diagnosed with osteopenia. Also issue with a new diagnosis of orthostatic hypotension, (low BP when rising which is the reason for the broken arm), meds for LBP, coupled with insulin, then a med for HBP, lack of exercise & poor diet I suppose this is the result. I began watching my weight again this May 2011 & lost 10lbs between May 31-July 1st, but vacation the month of July through today, Oct. 24th I've had a hard time getting back into the swing. This is what's happened....
