I have worked out EVERY morning this week and most evenings too! I am definitely feeling like I am in "the zone"
Not eating before noon has worked out wonderfully. Knowing that the first thing that happens in the morning after I feed the dogs is my workout makes it so much easier to just do it. There is no negotiating or bargaining with myself, no putting it off until I have that 1st cup of anything. I jump up and immediately put on my workout clothes. Period. I look forward to it.
My face is thinner and the scale is pleased! I think I'm most happy with how my abs are getting the definition back and my tummy is flat again. Still not fitting into my clothes very well so I keep wearing my stretch pants/jogging pants and loose shirts.
Actually being able to see results of my hard work makes me continue with what I'm doing.
