Mixing up my workouts is keeping me motivated and excited about it. There are so many videos out there to choose from that I find myself spending 1hour just trying to decide which ones I want to try! LOL
I know that I am most interested in the ones that incorporate dumb bells and that work the most body parts.
1 thing I make sure I do every morning is my waist slimming workout, it really gets me moving and feeling good about my body again plus I see the results. WINNING!

I have worked out EVERY morning this week and most evenings too! I am definitely feeling like I am in "the zone"
Not eating before noon has worked out wonderfully. Knowing that the first thing that happens in the morning after I feed the dogs is my workout makes it so much easier to just do it. There is no negotiating or bargaining with myself, no putting it off until I have that 1st cup of anything. I jump up and immediately put on my workout clothes. Period. I look forward to it.
My face is thinner and the scale is pleased! I think I'm most happy with how my abs are getting the definition back and my tummy is flat again. Still not fitting into my clothes very well so I keep wearing my stretch pants/jogging pants and loose shirts.
Actually being able to see results of my hard work makes me continue with what I'm doing.

Sitting @ yet another doctors office. I'm going to have them check my weight and blood sugar. I really didn't eat anything solid yesterday. While I watched my 9pm show, eating May have popped
Into my head but I had good self control

I actually had no desire to eat anything today! Maybe because I had more responsibility and that kept me focused. I made sure that I took my 2nd dose so maybe that had something to do with the lack of appetite.
Whatever it is, I am grateful!!!!
