Mixing up my workouts is keeping me motivated and excited about it. There are so many videos out there to choose from that I find myself spending 1hour just trying to decide which ones I want to try! LOL I know that I am most interested in the ones that incorporate dumb bells and that work the most body parts. 1 thing I make sure I do every morning is my waist slimming workout, it really gets me moving and feeling good about my body again plus I see the results. WINNING!
