Details about No Snacks Before Macs
No junk food: chips etc
No sweets: Cookies, candy, ice cream
No food that can be delivered or ordered through a drive through

Hello Ash Wednesday!
For Lent I have given up
1) Sweets
2) Junk food
3) All food that can be delivered or ordered from a drive through.
Also I think I should cut down on the chocolate milk. Over half my calories are from it so far today!
I'll start that tomorrow.
This has been attempted the last 2 years... formerly known as no snacks before Macs. I wasn't able to complete it but this year I will for sure!
Also I am going to go to church on Sundays and record everything in FAT SECRET!

Ate my share of calories and a half yesterday. Time to try again today. I am also walking to and from class and practice today instead of getting a ride even though it is quite frigid.
Piloxing posted a status on facebook saying they were going to have workshops coming around the country. How cool would it be to get registered as an instructor? I definitely want to try. I better be able to make it through the whole video without stopping before I attempt it though!
