I'm ready to stop eating crap and start looking good. I am now the biggest I have ever been and sick of it! Day 1: Let's go! Big breakfast and slowly have smaller meals throughout the day. AND I'm cutting wayyyy back on my alcoholic beverages and meat consumption. I have high hopes. I'm also coming back to exercising regularly. I miss it and the way it makes me feel.
Bikini body by summer? Let's hope! 3 mile run tonight. :)
Any hula hoopers out here?

Hi! I'm back! And I'm ready to look good. :) Without having anything to train for I have been having a terrible time trying to get back on track. But with the first of December here, I've decided I'm going back to my "flexitarian" diet. Very little meat, and no fast food.
Wish me luck! I'm going to need you!
