Hi any 60 year olds out here
Hi Marie, My name is Marion and I have a problem at the moment with loosing weight as I have broken my hip and cant excersise. I have been going it alone but think I will try Weight Watchers as a neighbour of mine lost loads on it but she is dedicated !!

My Own Diet
Not on any particular diet, but just worked out my own. This is simple, fruit and yoghurt for breakfast/lunch (about 11am) then piece fruit about 2-3 hours later. Salad mixed with finely chopped lettice, tomatoes, grated carrots, sprinkling of currants, squirt of sweet chilli sauce over this, dessertspoonful of American Salad, dessertspoonful of Ali Oli Potato, rolled ham chopped into about 2" segments or smoked salmon 'buttered' with Philladelphia Light cheese and rolled and cut the same way, squirt of lemon juice over this and fresh fruit for pud. - Seems to work.

Help

New to this, not investigated this site so starting here. I have lost 6lb not very much I know but fat seems to 'stick' on me.

I have tried various diets but now have made up my own as the others dont seem to work for me. My fault as not good at sticking at 1. counting calories, or points etc.

Want to loose another 10lb then I will weigh 10stone which at 5'7" I feel is about right?
