I've just made it [2018] to my MID-30s with an awesome husband, 2 kids, and no self control. My healthy eating journey began with eating for fitness during my first pregnancy in 2011. Then I transitioned my diet to get back in shape after giving birth, then tracking my foods to keep with my "hormone balancing" diet when things weren't right a year after having my son. My weight and eating habits have definitely been a roller coaster over the last 7 years.
My true goal here is to get to 15% body fat. I reached this goal in 2013 when I turned 30 and maintained the best I could through some stressful times. I am still not accepting the fact that I cannot out exercise my diet, and I give in to stress-eating daily. I just keep plugging along trying to get a little better day by day.
