Only one pound lost this week. I am a bit dissapointed as I have also been walking two to three miles a day. never mind, I will see what next week brings

weighed myself today, I have lost 2 lbs. not as much as I had hoped but better than gaining.

I actually began cutting down on high calorie foods a week ago. I dont know yet if I have lost any ounces, but will weigh myself on Monday. I am walking 2 miles per day. I will walk more when weather permits. I am hoping to loose about 2lbs per week, so at that rate, it will take me 6 months or so to get anywhere near what I want to be. I am doing this for my own health. my arthritis doesnt take kindly to my gaining weight.
