Well this weekend was a bad one we had a party and a pool tournament all this weekend so I ate like crap especialy if you include the beer. Man that stuff has a lot of calories... The only good thing I can say is that I made sure to do some sort of work out every day even if it was just walking and while at the party I danced some so I could burn off a few of the beers. I also had a relaxing time in the hot tub which was great. Now today I am going to do my situps from my biggest loser challenge and eat subway for lunch to get myself back on track. Next week will be better I am going to work at this really hard I need to stop finding excuses to eat something not on my diet. Last week the excuses included its a party and we cant leave the pool hall so we have to order in and my friend just got out of surgury and wants to go eat here. But I could have drank less at the party and not ate taco bell after it, I could have ordered the veggie pizza on thin crust at the pool hall instead of the hand tossed meat one I ordered, and I could have had my spinach omelet with no pancakes and fruit when I went out with my friend. I know what to do I just need to stop messing around and do it. So my goal for the next week is to stay under my calorie count all week and work out at least once a day maybe twice if I work out in the morning and then again when my husband gets home. I can do this I know I can so bad week your done good week here I come.
