Well...heading into my last year in my 40's... I was a smoker for over 20 years...quit twice, but never for myself...I've always been selfless...quit for the kids...Now it's me are grown and out & I'm doing things for me. Quitting smoking 2 yrs ago was for me...getting in my best shape ever, for me :)

Ok so tomorrow I weigh in... of course I've been peeking at the scale & I don't think it moved...I do however measure...& I am a size smaller than when I started eating right & moving more....wish me luck..Shock

Banana ice cream....
Peel & freeze a banana...put the broken up frozen banana in a food processor & process until it's creamy..if you like plain banana...that's it...if you'd like, add some cocoa powder or even throw in a strawberry.
I added some cinnamon & cayenne for a Mexican flavor...good luck with surgery...and if you have a magic bullet or nutribullet you can throw a lot of fruit and veg in there Smile

Tired of the Diet Roller Coaster!
I've been roller coastering as well for the first time in my life...I think the problem is that we're looking for that quick fix...which some plans promise. You need to find your groove..heck, I don't know if I've found mine, I've began to eat better & move more...logging helps...keeps you accountable...good luck!!

Can't believe I did the Julian Michael's workout...I think I like pushing myself...I even pushed to do a 10 min bicep/tricep workout after...phew!
