Ran 12 miles on Sunday morning....getting ready for first half marathon this Saturday.

It has been raining here a lot-- my running trail got washed out. But I want to run 12 miles before I do the half marathon next weekend. I've run 10 on several occasions-- so I'll probably be all right. I did well in my last 10k...meaning I did NOT in last place...and was also able to finish strong.

I've lost a total of 43 pounds since I started running in March. Weight Watchers helped me to get over a plateau...and I still have a long way to go. But the journey is really wonderful.

I continue to go to WW meetings and have enjoyed it very much and the weight is coming off.

I ran my first ten miler this Saturday. Been going to Weight Watchers meetings as of two Thursdays ago. I've lost weight going to the meetings...and being "on Program". I had been at a plateau for a while and that is coming down.

Weigh-in: 219.0 lb

lost so far: 9.0 lb

still to go: 79.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well
