Well I am getting back to it. After switching jobs my routine totally went out the window but now that I am somewhat settled I need to get back to it. My goal is to loose 15 pound by my birthday (8 weeks away). The plan is to go to the gym after work (5 days a week for 1 hour), eat a salad as a meal once a day, avoid breads/pasta, avoid sweets and drink 8 x 8oz of water a day. I'll be weighing in once a week to keep myself in check. Lets see how it goes.
