My weight is likely down a bit due to some upset stomach, sparse eating, mostly broth diet yesterday, but also I've noticed that lately my tolerance to sugar seems to be going down. Some of the sugary foods I used to really savor are too much now, I don't crave them like I did. Which is NOT a bad thing!

I am very pleased to be down almost half a pound again. I am feeling good about my renewed interest in taking care of myself. I am doing upper body strengthening with my flex ring and/or free weights. This weekend I found several Zumba videos on YouTube that I want to learn the routine for. I paid 180$ for a class this last year and only attended half the classes for one reason or another. Why spend when I don't have to, and I can pick and choose the routines and songs that interest me most.
I gave myself heat exhaustion for the upteenth time this year yesterday gardening and rearranging my garden shed. I was also burning yard waste that built up over the last year. I didn't expect that my garbage removal people would outright refuse to pick up brown bags, so I have probably 25 of them to burn! And I don't really like the idea of burning them, but they have to GO! So the fire probably didn't help even though the temperature was only 26C. Regardless, the resulting chills, headache, etc were unpleasant all night and I was awake several hours from midnight to 3 or so. I don't like that because then I don't have the energy to exercise.

YAY! I'm down a bit for the first time in a while. Thanks to a pot of pinto beans and other help my plumbing is finally functioning again! I was beginning to worry for a bit. I was headachy, nauseous, bloated, grumpy, it was not fun! So I guess I have to be on guard for that problem for the next several weeks to ensure it doesn't come back!
