Had my weigh in with my personal trainer (PT) and had gained weight. I was 86.4kg. My new goal for this week from 2nd Jan - Sunday 8th is to lose a kilo. I am unable to run, jog or work up a sweat as I have had an eye operation until I am given the all clear. However, I have found some exercises I can do regarding my core. I am now committed to going for a walk early every morning to kick start my metabolism a little bit. Let's see how the next week goes. I will be eating mainly white fish, seafood, veg and salad with a small amount of carbs. My scales are not working so I will have to go to my partner's home to weigh myself. I will upload a picture at the end of this week.
