I have decided... Now that I know what my calories intake is... I'm not going to say no to the food I love... I have had my Take-out Pizza and my cupcakes and biscuits here and there and realise portion control is it... I am well under my daily recommended 2000 calories and I seem to be maintaining my weight of 143lbs, but that could be because muscle weighs more than fat and I AM burning fat I can notice the difference legs and bum are getting toner. I started at 150lbs so I have lost what I gained during the pregnancy that plagued me for 2 years. So for once I am comfortable with my lifestyle and my body will change with time for the best with my new regime. I exercise over an hour a day with my EA Sports Active and my daily walks to the shop for groceries, amongst other things best not listed lol. That extra 30-45 minute workout on the Wii is what made the difference. I'm still here on the forum if anyone need a chat or a boost. I still want that 139lbs but will settle for UK size 10/ USA size 6. That was what I was wearing at 139lbs age 21... many years ago.
