I'm married to my soulmate, have 5 children and a border collie. I was having trouble shedding the pounds gained in my last pregnancy constant ups and downs with scales... I dropped to 150lbs 2 years ago and we moved house now she is 5 and I gained 4 more pounds. Starting again on this healthy lifestyle I am 70g/154lbs and have bad cellulite on legs. With a pear shaped body it was more pronounced. Talking to my Brother and friend I realized I was starving my body trying to eat less and I was not burning anything. Now that I calorie count and eat 4 reasonable meals and 2L of water (I haven't gone low fat I just spread my normal meals and EAT Breakfast! which I use to skip it). I go to the gym now 3 times a week and my PT confirmed what my brother and friend said. Wish me luck.
